Data we collect
Booking: name, e-mail, phone, dates, locations, vehicle; at key handover: driving licence and ID. Contact form: name, e-mail, message. Customer account (optional): login details and booking history.
Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the rental contract (booking, handover, invoicing); legal obligations (accounting, requests from authorities); answering your requests (legitimate interest).
Retention
Booking data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years (civil limitation period); accounting records: 10 years; contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
Recipients
AzurDrive only, and its technical providers: host (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Allemagne / Germany — www.hetzner.com), card payment provider, e-mail delivery service. We never sell data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@azurdrive.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
